Large free car park behind Astley Hall access straight into the cafe museum area with toilets. A great set up.

Astley Park is a huge park of manicured grass and woods and through it are many ways to find walks to enjoy. There is a carpark behind the main hall from Astley Village. There is a posh cafe , named Ambio, too with alternate alfresco dining. There is a children's play area on the main grass area. I was a member of a walking and talking group. It's stopped due to myself not driving a car to get around. I have lost around 13.5 stones doing this type of dietary care and exercise over the years. To help monitoring my exercise, I bought a physical pedometer from Amazon that definitely helps me with my motivation to keep this exercising up.
